When it comes to facility design industry has been bludgeoned by corporate downsizing. Internal resources typically used as experts for facility design and process improvement analysis has been shed from their positions only to reveal that there is a large experience gap to be filled. Independent consultants have been helping industry fill this need. However, not all independent consultants are alike.
Some consultants rely upon their past experiences while reputable consultants also include their vast network of experts to help. Solutions to facility related issues and process improvement issues are best found from a cross section of individuals.
